IASIA Membership Application Form

* The membership fee is waived until further noticed.

This form constitutes a legally binding agreement. Payment must be received within 1 month after the invoice date(registration will not be effective until payment has been received).The annual fee for members follows the calendar year.Only one person should apply per form. The membership automatically continues for the next calendar year,unless written notice is given to the Secretary of the Board ,at least one month proceeding to the next calendar year.(editor@interdisciplinarysciences.org)
